Trevor Buford is one of the founding members and the president of the organization. He has been mentoring youth for over 10 years. He developed a passion for youth development while serving as a youth spots coach. During his youth, he played baseball, football, and basketball at different levels including AAU, high school, and collegiate. He is passionate about helping youth achieve their goals and helping them to be successful in life. His belief that positive role models impact youth throughout all walks of life led to a desire to want to do more. He is dedicated to ensuring that our community's youth succeeds and devotes countless amounts of volunteer hours to support the cause. Trevor is currently pursuing his bachelor of science degree in social and behavioral health at West Georgia University.

She was a youth mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Northeast Florida and has functioned as team mom and advisor with various youth athletic programs. Currently works as a full-time family nurse practitioner where she is passionate about preventative health and the well-being of the youth in the community. She believes that positive outcomes are driven by community support and the availability of resources to provide our youth with positive direction to guide their success.

He developed an amateur basketball team to deter teenage boys from activities that would lead them to becoming a part of the juvenile justice system. Through positive engagement, he equipped these young men with life skills and social interaction. He also became a mentor providing guidance and leadership for these young men through the years as they lacked this type of role model in their daily lives.
