Mission, Vision, Objectives, & Purposes

Our mission is to help youth overcome obstacles and disparities faced by providing them with the necessary life, social, and developmental skills needed to thrive and achieve their desired goals.

Our vision is to improve outcomes in youth ages 5-19 by providing them with positive outlets for activities such as mentoring, tutoring, athlete development, college development, life skills coaching, athletics, and introduction to aspects of culture and community which they may not have otherwise been afforded the privilege to experience due to lack of resources or affordability.  

1. Promoting social change and youth development of life skills through positive activities.
2. Reducing juvenile delinquency, substance abuse, suicide, teenage pregnancy, high school drop-out rates, and help youth become model citizens through positive interactions.
3. Assisting youth to achieve mutually agreed upon developmental and skill based goals.
4. Enhancing the self-esteem and strength of the community’s youth by fostering positive outcomes though leadership.
5. Providing obesity and cardiovascular risk reduction through fitness, education, and athletic programs.
